Sunset Chateau Wedding

Great light can be found anywhere, you just have to look. The mid day sun can be a bit harsh so I always search around for the "sweet light". This love seat was tucked away in a little alcove on the well kept grounds of A Sunset Chataeu in Sedona with a big wall behind me bouncing the light into the scene.

Jazz at Strombolli's

I had a great meal on the way home from a wedding at Strombolli's in Cottonwood. They had a great jazz band, Cazz Jazz playing in the Bar. I've never seen a peddle steel jazz player, but there he was!

Ta-La-Ka-Pa-Key

Tlaquepaque, in Sedona is one of my favorite places to shoot. Lots of fountains and well kept gardens along with the Mexican style architecture make it ideal for on location shooting.

Diane and Steve

This site is said to be on a vortex in Sedona. Strange things happen on vortexes, batteries die, electronics go haywire and some people can feel the energy emmitted from them. Thank God my Nikons are equiped with anti-vortex energy shields :-)

Snow was falling just a few short days ago but today was warm and wonderful! This small outdoor wedding was held at Red Rock Crossing. Getting out to this slippery, scenic perch was no problem for these spelunkers as they own a cave in MO, called Fantastic Caverns

Nothin' but Custom Baby!

A lot of photographers use cookie cutter "design" software to create album pages and that's OK. It saves time. I like to design the page according to the image(s). I spend a lot of time and energy creating my art and I don't want to diminish it. For me it's fun to tell your story in an original and creative way using
my talent, skill and perception. It's as close to hand made as you can get in this digital age! The advantage for you is a beautiful, custom designed album that is one of a kind.

Wedding at Casa Sedona

Casa Sedona is a great place for an intimate wedding. Beautiful rooms, well kept grounds and a helpful staff make this a very good place to hold your event.

You presented our wedding photos in a very artistic style. I love it! Thanks a million!

Hi Tom. Awesome pics. Awesome album. Thanks for forwarding the link. If anyone ever needs a reference, feel free to give them my number.

Your skill as a photographer is obviously tops, but it's your style of shooting that makes the series truly remarkable. The candids, the great angles, and the occasional B&W combine to make a very special package. Superior to video, as far as I'm concerned.
Anyway, thanks again and have a great week.

Eagle Fans

Another warm winter day in Sedona! Michelle, Ray and friends traveled to beautiful Sedona from Philadelphia for their big day. All of them big Eagle fans, the couple wore their formal Eagle attire!

A great start

Thanks for visiting my Sedona Weddings Blog!
I've wanted to start a blog for a while now, it was a new years resolution. It's still January so what the heck! My first wedding of the year was on the banks of Oak Creek at Red Rock Crossing in Sedona on Jan 1, 2007. Maryann and Gerald were blessed with a warm start to the new year and their new life together.
